Refund and Dispute Policy

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our service (immediate delivery of a completed, customized form), we generally do not offer refunds once payment has been processed.

• Our $14 form preparation service fee is charged when you complete and choose to download or submit your application.
• Once you have downloaded your completed application or authorized electronic submission, the service has been fully rendered and no refunds will be issued.
• The optional $4 printed packet fee is non-refundable once the packet has been printed and/or shipped.
• Exception: Refunds will be issued if we made an error in form preparation, technical malfunction prevented download/submission, or our service failed to deliver as promised. Contact us immediately via our Contact Form with your Application ID and details of the issue.
• We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for errors attributable to our service.
• Customer errors, changes of mind, or misunderstanding of the service are not eligible for refunds.

Dispute Resolution:

• All disputes must be reported via our Contact Form before initiating any chargeback.
• We will review and respond to disputes within 7 business days.
• Provide your Application ID, payment confirmation, and detailed description of the issue.
• If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as required by applicable law.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent denial of future service access.

Service Completion & Data Deletion

• You may save and resume your application draft at any time before final submission or download.
• Once you download your completed application or authorize electronic submission, the service is considered complete.
• Your application data is automatically deleted from our systems within 24 hours of download or submission.
• If you abandon a draft application, your data will be deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
• You may request immediate deletion of your draft at any time via our Contact Form.

• Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes (transaction ID and amount only, no personal details).
• Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.

Your Rights

• Correction: You may edit your application at any time before final submission or download.
• Deletion: You have the right to request immediate deletion of your draft application at any time.
• Download: You may download your completed application data before deletion.
